We absolutely love The Manor House @ Beeford. It caters so well for three generations of our family, plus dogs! The house itself is home away from home - lots of little details that we’d’ve chosen ourselves (great quality mattresses and bedding, wonderfully decorated, high quality furniture, amble crockery and equipment, great welcome basket for humans and pouches alike!) - all done to a super-high standard. Having living zones with three TVs (big lounge, smaller sitting room and kitchen area) enables everyone to choose their watching - and the pool table is a big hit with us all (as is the piano). The wrap-around gardens are lovely and there is plenty of room for a couple of dogs to roam. We’ve visited in sunshine and in rain - and enjoyed ourselves equally each time. We’d highly recommend this place, if your staycation needs sound like ours! xx

A great family long weekend. Plenty of room for 3 couples, two children and a dog. Everything we could have needed and more. Convenient for lovely beaches (Fraisethorpe), surfing at Scarborough, The Deep at Hull, Sewerby Hall and Flamborough Head. A lovely house.

A great week with our family. This House has everything and more! The trampoline and outside games were a big hit with everyone. Most comfortable beds we have slept in! Emma, the owner, couldn't do enough for us, setting up the hot tub we hired and even offering to stay in for an Amazon delivery (birthday present). A successful week enhanced by the owners kindness and attention to details

Stayed here recently for a hen weekend, such a lovely house, it was immaculate, every room is too such a high standard and plenty to do in the surrounding areas if you wanted to get out for the day. The beach is a short drive away. Would stay again.

The Manor House is a beautiful relaxing place to stay. So roomy and everything anyone could need has been thought of. Couldn’t have had a better time there. Would highly recommend! The fish shop in the village is excellent! The grounds are also fab and secure for children with the trampoline an added bonus.

This place is stunning! Perfect for a getaway with friends and/or family! We hired it for a hen party and we couldn’t fault the place! Nice and big, plenty of space for activities and immaculately clean! We had the best weekend! The boiling water tap was an added unknown bonus… perfect for making c amounts of hot drinks in the morning to help sort those hangovers out! Cannot recommend this place more! We will definitely be returning!

Wow wow wow! What an incredible house! We had the most amazing weekend here for my sisters hen do. There was absolutely everything we could need and so much space. It was decorated beautifully and lots of outdoor space too! Can’t fault it! Thank you :)

Wow! What a fantastic house. Such a homely vibe when you walk in. It's decorated beautifully and has everything you would need. The garden is really secure, perfect for children and dogs! I had my hen do here and after my wedding my family stayed. We had the best most relaxing time. It's perfect for both. A full house for my hen, we had so much fun. We hired a chef to cook for a full house, perfect place for it. It's also the perfect relaxing break for my family after my wedding. We will definitely be returning! The perfect little getaway.

my family’s stay at the Manor House was PERFECT!!! We instantly felt at home the moment we walked through the door. The house was decorated beautifully, and the grounds were so secure there was absolutely no worries letting our children and dog having a run around. Any help we needed we instantly got from the owners, we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I would give more than 5* if possible, We will 100% be returning ASAP.
