Would we recommend the holiday home centre ? The answer is simply YES and here’s why. We only popped in to browse and came away with a brand new caravan. Andrew was helpful and not at all pushy he let the caravan speak for itself. Scott then negotiated a deal that we were both happy with. The caravan was sited quickly with minimal fuss. Andrew talked me through the workings of the van and told me to get in touch if there were any problems. As with all brand new caravans we have had a few teething problems but a call to the team and they are resolved quickly and efficiently. It seems that nothing is too much trouble to this very friendly team. So if you are thinking of buying a caravan then Holiday home centre is definitely worth a visit.

Outstanding service from start to finish of our purchase of a new holiday home. We were given time to look around the caravans at our leisure, and at no time felt pressurised by any sales talk. We were given plenty of information about the caravans we were considering, and also shown alternative options, when stating our preferences for what we were looking for in a holiday home. A big mention and huge thank you to Scott Curran, sales manager, who was incredibly helpful and patient whilst we deliberated on our choice of van. He worked with Europe the manufacturer to accommodate some changes we made to the van we chose. We felt very supported and had brilliant communication with Scott throughout the process, and since we have our home now sited, helping with further advice since then. I would definitely recommend the service we received from Scott and the team at The Holiday Home Centre.

OUTSTANDING PERSONAL SERVICE. Absolutely thrilled with my new caravan & I couldn't have chosen a better dealership. Where others wanted me to accept what was available, Scott was prepared to ask questions and go the extra mile to get me what I wanted & it worked so that I have the little touches and differences I was after. If you're looking for a new caravan or to replace an existing one, make sure you include The Holiday Home Centre in your search, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Scott and his team pride themselves on delivering what the customer wants. In addition they are very professional in delivery, siting and handover.

Beware! We ordered our static caravan some months ago only to be told today they are now putting the price up by 3%. For us, this means a price increase of over £800! How they can do this after the order has been placed and a price agreed upon is beyond me. The 'excuse' we were given is that the cost of supplies have gone up. This really shouldn't affect orders already taken and this is totally unprofessional. I can understand price increases for future orders but not existing ones. I can't comment on the delivery etc as our caravan won't be ready until January 2022. Just be aware, the price you agree on means nothing. Edit - Owners response said I agreed a price through the park. This is incorrect as the price was agreed with Scott.

Left alone to view the statics which made a nice change to the pressure tactics usually adopted. Scott Curran was friendly, willing to give plenty of advise and even offered us a cup of coffee. The toilets are not so good as it looked like there was a leak with tissue around the back of the toilet but apart from that, great service and smiles from all the staff.

On first entering your holiday home centre we were greeted with friendly faces and a listening ear with no heavy sales talk like a lot of other companies. We will certainly recommend you to others who are in a position of buying a holiday home.
